1. The service
Crew is a private travel companion app that helps you track flights, share selected flights with friends, and optionally import flight confirmations from your email. By using Crew you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Please provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Sharing and other people's privacy
You choose which flights to share and with whom. Share only information you have the right to share, and respect the privacy of friends who share flights with you. Do not reshare others' travel details without their consent.
4. Flight information may change
Flight times, gates, and statuses come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always verify details with your airline or airport before making travel decisions. Crew is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any airline or airport.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use Crew to track, monitor, or harass people without their consent.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Optional Google services
Gmail import is optional and depends on Google's services and your Google consent. It may be unavailable if Google changes or restricts access, or if you revoke permission. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crew is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or travel costs, arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable law. The governing jurisdiction will be specified by the operator before publication.
