Share selectively
Friends see only the flights you choose to share. Exclusions are respected, and imported past flights stay private by default.
Bring in confirmations
Optionally connect Gmail to find itinerary emails. Nothing is added until you review it.
Optional Gmail import
Read-only, and only for flights.
Connecting Gmail is entirely optional. If you choose to, Crew asks Google for read-only access (gmail.readonly) so it can look for flight itinerary emails. You can use Crew fully without it.
Crew never sends, deletes, or modifies your email. Gmail data is used only to provide flight import, and is never sold or used for advertising.
You grant your own consent
Each signed-in user connects their own Google account through Google's consent screen.
Crew looks for itineraries
It scans up to your 50 most recent matching itinerary emails. PDF attachments are not read.
You review before import
Found flights are shown to you first. Only the flights you confirm are saved to your account.
Disconnect any time
Use the Gmail control on the Import flights screen, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions.
